BASIC FARE CONDITIONS: :
- Date changes: Permitted up to 24 hours before departure with a penalty of B1* per person and route plus the fare difference, where applicable.
- Cancellations No permited.
* B1: 150€ / 175$ / 3.750 MXN - Flights to SCU include an additional bag for reservations made after November 7, 2022.
ECONOMIC FARE CONDITIONS::
- Date changes: Permitted up to 24 hours before departure with a penalty of E1* per person and route plus the fare difference, where applicable.
- Cancellations: Permitted up to 30 days before departure with a penalty of E2* per person and route.
* E1: 120€ / 140$ / 3.000 MXN
* E2: 150€ / 175$ / 3.750 MXN - Flights to SCU include an additional bag for reservations made after November 7, 2022.
- Conditions NOT applicable to connecting flights.
ECONOMIC / STANDARD FARE CONDITIONS (BOOKINGS WITH FLIGHT CONNECTION):
- Onboard menu:Included.
- Hand baggage (up to 10 kg): Included.
- Hold baggage (up to 23kg): Included.
- Date Changes: No Permitidos.
- Cancellations: No Permitida.
FLEX FARE CONDITIONS::
- Date changes: Permitted up to 24 hours before departure with no penalty if the fare difference, where applicable, is paid.
- Cancellations: Permitted up to 15 days before departure with a penalty of F1* per person and route.
* F1: 150€ / 175$ / 3.750 MXN
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Date changes and cancellations will be subject to the conditions of the type of fare purchased and the advance notice requested.
- A fare change surcharge may apply in the event of changes.
- Penalties or surcharges will apply per passenger and route .
- No-Show bookings will not be reimbursed.
- AAdditional services will be non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Those passengers with connecting flights who do not show up for the outbound flight, will automatically lose the return flight.
