Discover our travel services. In accordance with European Regulation EU 261/04, we will provide the following services whenever possible:
Food and Refreshments
As a general rule, if your flight is delayed between 2 to 3 hours, we will offer you a soft drink, coffee, or tea.
If your flight is delayed for 3 or more hours, we will offer a sandwich with a soft drink, coffee, or tea. If this period coincides with a meal time, we will provide the corresponding breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Accommodation
If the delay duration requires an overnight stay, our airport service agent will arrange accommodation in a hotel near the airport. Additionally, transportation to and from the hotel will be provided. Passengers will be informed of the new scheduled departure time as soon as this information is available.
Iberojet will cover the expenses mentioned above, including meals during your stay at the hotel.
Messages to Relatives
In cases of prolonged delays, Iberojet offers passengers the possibility to send a short message, free of charge, to a family member at the destination airport.
These services may be adjusted if the flight delay is caused by force majeure events beyond Iberojet's control or if providing the service would cause further delay.
